Terry Mudrock, Co-founder, Vice President / Treasurer
Terry Mudrock has nearly 30 years of industrial experience concentrated in manufacturing planning and delivery systems. At Intel he established the initial planning and inventory control processes while managing the operational side of production planning and warehousing. These business processes and systems were used throughout the successful growth of Intel. Many of the business processes remain in use today.

Mr. Mudrock managed the first off-site Test and Finish plant for Intel bringing his planning expertise to the shop floor. By the early 1980's Mr. Mudrock joined Intel's Finance Organization. As the Manufacturing Controller he championed a switch to a factory specific actual cost system and inventory valuation system, Intel's first worldwide P.C. based system. Later, as Assistant G.M. for Worldwide Marketing he established a variety of business processes spanning bookings, billings, and forecasting. The latter involved developing a worldwide demand forecasting process and supporting computer tools.

During his last 5 years as the Director of Production Planning, he implemented MRP, MRP II, master scheduling, demand forecasting, long range planning, and build-to-order systems.

In 1993 Terry joined OPD Solutions, Inc. in the capacity of Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
